About myself - well I am a reformed or more like a re-informed corporate entrepenuar…  What does this mean you may ask yourself, well, at the early age of 8 I decided I wanted to be in business , why again , because I wanted to be part of something greater than myself, live a comfortable living (lifed in a single family with my mother and younger brother Camilo), and to contribute to society.  I had always felt that in business one could make the greatest contribution and at that age I thought wow look all these people are part of this dynamic system of contribution - low and behold - I recently realized I was living in my own made up dream fantasy.  This system may or may not allways work, it is not founded or most of the time not founded on equal distribution of contribution, it can be but it typically is not.

So now I am here at 37 after working in development, international banking (credit cards) realizing that there must be more to this corporate thing and that maybe I can help to bridge the complexity of the corporate organization with the needs of all its stake holders (owners, customers, employees, community) etc.) - at the end of the day what is a company for anyway - really what's it here for - why did we create it anyway.  I think it's here so that human being can contribute to something greater than their individual selves and to manifest their values, souls and energies toward something in cooperation - cocreated with others of similar values and with similar intentions.

Well - anyone care to join me in helping this happen!? Aligning what corporations should be to what the human being who run them are!
